Joe Kozma is a Body
Transformation Artist and Master Trainer
with over twenty years of personal training experience. Joe is a former college
football player who played at the University of Wisconsin. Joe Kozma is a
champion bodybuilder who has won the Collegiate National Championship in
bodybuilding as well as placing in the top ten in Mr. USA and North American
Bodybuilding Championship, Joe also won the California Gold’s Gym Classic
Bodybuilding title. Joe has made a lifetimes study of fitness training, and is
also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Sports Nutritionist. Joe now
takes his extensive experience in the health and fitness disciplines and helps
his clients achieve their dreams with regard to their physiques and health.
Joe’s life goal is to help others improve their health, fitness, appearance,
self confidence, to improve their state of well being, and improve their lives.
