SPECIAL PROGRAMS
8 WEEK ULTIMATE BODY
MAKEOVER - This is a highly intense
goal oriented physical transformation program which combines an extremely
precise nutritional program with an intense exercise program which will
radically improve the client’s appearance and fitness level. The client
is instructed exactly what to eat, at pre-arranged times throughout the
day. The calorie level of the eating program will vary according to the
client’s goals. For instance, a person who wants to lose thirty pounds
as part of their physique goals would be given a level of calories which
will cause them to lose weight and attain their goals within an allotted
time period. The plan will be precise, all the client needs to do is
follow the plan, and the fat will melt away. It will not be easy but it
will be effective.
We can shed
40-50 lbs in 8-10 weeks with
a client who is truly ready to rid him or herself of excess fat.
The workouts will be challenging and intense. Your
fitness level will radically improve. You will have more energy, you

This is for people who normally engage in working out and have for
whatever reason fallen off the wagon and stopped training recently. 4
workouts per week for 2 weeks (8 sessions).
Special Forces Conditioning:
Specialized training program to get you ready for
special forces, police or fire academy , air/sea search and rescue
etc. 1 and 2 month options.
21 DAY ULTRA-RAPID FAT LOSS:
This program is extremely intense and effective. 6 days
personal training / week
8 WEEK ACCELERATED PROGRAM: 6 days of training and
cardio per week for the most rapid results humanly possible!
16
week biggest weight loss program: No one will
recognize you when we are done! Results to rival the TV show.
STARTER PROGRAM:
2 sessions. Ideal for just getting
yourself started. Joe leads you through 2 workouts and meal plan
for you to follow on your own.
